Halloween Town is populated by weird people who have a taste for macabre pranks. Once a year, they celebrate Halloween by organizing a gigantic party during which all manifestations of black humor are permitted and even encouraged. Jack Skellington, the pumpkin king, is the master organizer of these festivities. The day after the Halloween party, he wanders alone, looking for ideas for the next party. Tired, he decides to leave the city. It is then that he discovers by chance the town of Christmas which radiates with joy and jubilation. He returns home with the firm intention of controlling the Christmas party, and has Santa kidnapped by three rascals...
